Brian W. Russell of Waukesha passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the age of 55. He was born in Milwaukee on October 1, 1969, the son of Kenneth and Patricia (nee Willing) Russell. Brian was a kind, gentle, and loving husband, brother, son, uncle, and friend. His sharp wit and humor brought smiles to all who knew him.
Brian loved to play sheepshead and cheer on the Green Bay Packers with his family. He was a music lover from an early age and enjoyed classic rock and singing karaoke with his wife, Carolyn. Brian was an avid reader and horror movie buff. Most of all, he loved spending time with his wife and driving the back roads on road trips.
Brian will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Carolyn of Waukesha; his parents, Ken and Pat Russell of Waukesha; sister Lauri (Robert) Sweetman; nieces, Emily Hall (Will Davidson) and Sara Sweetman (Malte John); and nephew Aaron Sweetman. He is survived by his cherished cat Ernie, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
