Brian Satka, born June 16, 1969, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2026, at his residence in Pooler, GA. He was born in Michigan and remained a proud native of Detroit throughout his life.
Brian was a talented carpenter whose craftsmanship reflected both his skill and patience. He took pride in working with his hands, creating pieces with depth and beauty that generations would enjoy.
He had a deep appreciation for art and music, finding joy and inspiration in creativity in all its forms.
He had a special love for animals, especially his newly adopted foster dog, Bubbie, who was his loyal companion. Above all, Brian cherished his family. He shared a close and loving bond with his sisters, who meant the world to him.
Brian was preceded in death by parents, Frank J. Satka, Jr. and Rhonda J. Satka (Woods).
He will be deeply missed by his sisters Debra “Squirt” Satka, of Pooler, GA and Lisa “Lil Sister” (Kevin) Twomey of Rincon, GA and his three nephews, who knew him as “Uncle Bri-Guy”. As well as his many friends whom he cherished throughout his life, all will forever hold his memory in their hearts.

Brian's wishes were to be cremated. There will not be any services.
