Of West Seneca, entered into rest October 16, 2025. Loving son of the late Thomas and Peggy (nee Morrisey) Shea; dear brother of Thomas (Joanne) Shea, James (Carol) Shea, Maureen (Al) Shea-Keicher, and Michael (Debbie) Shea; also survived by many loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Friday (October 24th) from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John XXIII Church, 1 Arcade St., West Seneca on Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Please assemble at Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Flynn's honor may be made to Erie County SPCA, 300 Harlem Rd., West Seneca and/or Sloan Comfort Care, 17 Gierlach St., Sloan. Flynn was a great guy that would go that extra mile to help a coworker or even a perfect stranger for that matter to accomplish whatever needed to be done , be it a helping hand to giving you his unedited opinions on something , he was always kind and genuine. He drummed to his own beat and always set his pace. A true original. I will miss him greatly and never forget all the times spent working together. Rest in peace my friend. Augie Gallagher

Great times playing music with Flynn at his famous Flynnfest held at his place on Ridge Road. Many musicians got up on stage to play and then drink beer. Adios my friend.
