Brian J. Town, 55, of Bremen, passed away unexpectedly at 4:30 pm, Thursday, January 15, 2026 in Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Brian was born on December 28, 1970 in Bremen to William and Mary Beth (Squires) Town.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Leslie; three children: Kayla (fiancé Korey Alexander), Eric and Daniel Town, all of Plymouth and one grandchild, Everly Alexander. He is also survived by his parents and three silbings: Tom (Genie)Town, Clint (Tara) Town and Travis (Lisha) Town, all of Bremen.
Brian Town passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of devotion, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family. He was a loving husband, a devoted father, a proud grandpa, and a cherished son.
Brian’s greatest joy in life was his family. As a husband, he was a steady partner and a source of love and support. As a father, he led with patience, guidance, and care. As a grandpa, he found pure happiness in every moment spent with his granddaughter, creating memories that will be treasured forever. As a son, he carried deep respect and love for his family, honoring those who came before him.
Those who knew Brian will remember his warm heart, his quiet strength, and the way he showed his love through his actions. He had a way of making others feel valued and cared for, and his presence brought comfort and reassurance to those around him.
Brian’s life was one of love, family, and meaningful connections. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, coworkers, and the residents of Signature Healthcare and in the countless memories they all shared.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 pm, Tuesday, January 20, 2026 in Bremen Missionary Church, 2958 Elm Rd., Bremen. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 noon in the church. Pastor Kurt Litwiller will officiate. Cremation will follow.
