RUTLAND TOWN- Brian Joseph Wilder, 54, of Rutland Town died unexpectedly Sunday evening May 18, 2025 at his residence.
He was born on April 29, 1971 in Rutland.
Brian grew up in Rutland where he worked for several local companies including Cumberland Farms and Schwan's Home Delivery.
He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, camping and road trips.
Brian loved his 80's rock and taught his kids how to drive and loved taking them on road trips.
Survivors include a daughter Kasey Beauregard of Pittsford, a son Michael of Poultney, his mother Pauline Loughan of Rutland Town, 2 sisters Susan Creaser of Ludlow and Tammy Wortman of Rutland, a brother Scott Wilder of Winston-Salem, NC, a grandson Dennis.
He was predeceased by his stepfather Dennis Loughan in 2009.
Services will be private. Burial will be in the East Clarendon Cemetery.
Arrangements are with the Aldous Funeral Home.

My condolences to the family. I knew Brian when he worked at Olympic pizza as a driver. He would say hi to me all the time and ask how the family is doing when I would go there to buy pizza. May He RIP. Prayers to you all. Rebekah Bruce North Clarendon VT.
