Brittany Michelle Woodard

Brittany Michelle Woodard, age 35, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. She was surrounded by love, and she leaves behind a family who will carry her memory with them always.

Brittany was a loving wife, devoted mother, and a steady source of strength to everyone who knew her. She had a heart for her family, a deep love for her home, and a way of making people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Her presence was comforting, her laughter was memorable, and her love was something you could always feel.

She is survived by her husband, Henry Woodard, and their children, Trip Woodard and Braylen Woodard. She is also survived by her father, Frank (Traci) Wilder; mother, Bridget (Bo) Lewis; siblings: Drake Wilder, Hannah (Stewart) Lucas, Jeremy (Denise) Lewis and Adam (Britney) Lewis; maternal grandparents, Brenda "MeMe" Howell and Jerry "Poppy" Howell and Bishop Holladay; parents-in-law, Henry (Jennifer) Woodard and sister and brother-in-law, Cortney (Jake) Dillard; nieces and nephews: Rylee Dillard, Cori Dillard, Ronnie Dillard II, Brady Lewis, Carter Lewis, Layton Lewis, Lawson Lewis and Faye Marie Lewis: several aunts, uncles, cousins and many other beloved family members and friends who loved her deeply.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 519 East 4th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403 or Boyd Buchanon School, 4650 Buccaneer Trail, Chattanooga, TN 37403 in her memory.

Visitation is 3:00-5:00 pm Saturday at Clear Creek Church of Christ. Funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm Saturday with Josh Diggs officiating, also at the church.

Brittany will be taken to Wetumpka, Alabama for visitation 12:00-3:00 pm CST Monday, January 19, 2026 with a service to follow at 3:00 pm at Thelma Baptist Church with Ken Herring officiating. Interment will be in Pine View Memory Gardens, Wetumpka, AL.
