Special thanks, love and recognition to Trey, from your family, for your dedication and support as an important caregiver and companion to "Pa" always.
Thank you to Wilson Hospice and Durham VA Hospital for your compassionate care.
If you know how much he disliked a crowd, you won't be surprised at his request for no formal services to be held. His family and friends are finding comfort in sharing and remembering his many unique sayings and his hilarious takes on life.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you share a funny story, raise a glass, thank a veteran, and think of him with a smile. He would've wanted it that way.
