Brooks Robert Reckart,
61, of Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away on December 13, 2025.
The son of Betty L Gordon Reckart and the late Robert C Reckart, he was born April 1, 1964.
Brooks is survived by his mother, Betty L Gordon Reckart, of Bruceton Mills; one daughter, Felicia Reckart; and three grandchildren: Ian, Blake and Jasmin. Also surviving are two sisters, Carmen Reckart of Bruceton Mills and Stephanie Rosenberger of Millen, GA: a brother-in-law. Phillip Rosenberger, of Bruceton Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vincent and Anna Gordon and Bruce and Fay Reckart and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Per Brooks wishes, he is being cremated.
A private memorial service will be held later.
Carl R. Spear Funeral Home of Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
