Brother Donald Michael Fleischhacker, C.S.C.

I love you my dearest Holy Brother. The Cross of Services was truly embedded in your heart and soul. You were my Spiritual Director for 15 years, and I hope to live my Priestly Vocation with the same devotion and dignity that you lived your vocation.

Donald had a great sense of humor, and we had many laughs whenever he visited. I remember him visiting the novices at Bennington, Vermont, and the teaching staff at Rolling Prairie. We shared in common our history as students who matriculated at Sister of Providence grade schools! Always a holy religious, but with a great sense of humor!
