Dr. Baird was a great leader in the dental space. He showed his peers how to build trust with patients by understanding their needs and wants first. My visit to his practice was "eye opening". He showed me and Dr. Barnes the microscope solution for teaching patients about periodontal disease and its harmful impact on overall health. I'll never forget this day. In particular Dr. Baird was compassionate to me, patients and team members. He was quick to show what was possible. He will be missed. I am praying for peace and comfort at this time of great loss. He and I also discussed his faith. I know he is in the Savior's presence and having an incredible time together.
