Bruce Blankenship Obituary
Bruce was a dog lover and enjoyed camping and being in nature. He was a gun collector, followed military history and re-enactments and was supporter of veterans. He was involved with Marlboro Volunteers, a non-profit military history organization. He was a fix-it man whose outreach was lending a helping hand to friends and family,
Survivors include his wife, Lori Blankenship; son, Jeremy (Stephanie) Blankenship; two grandchildren, Luke and Riley Blankenship; sister, Linda (Lynn) Whittlesey; nephew, Tim (Rebecca) Whittlesey; niece, Beverly (Chris) Koepf; and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday November 5, 2025 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel. This time will allow for friends and family to share stories and fond memories. You are also invited to visit www.reedfuneralhome.com to share condolences and fond memories. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Stark County Dog Warden (1801 Mahoning Rd NE, Canton, OH 44705).

How many people, built their own humvee? Like our father, Bruce could make anything out of scrap. He started with an erector set! He will be missed by many.
