Bruce Cassidy Carroll

Bruce Cassidy Carroll, 49, of Summerton, SC passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Funeral services will be held at one o'clock p.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Joe Wilburn officiating; burial will follow in the Ashleigh Baptist Church Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Demonte Blanding, Phillip "Andy" Stout, Talick Taylor, Jim Wiechering, Jerri Williams, and Pete Williams. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.

Born in Orangeburg County, SC, he was the son of Bobbie Worthington Carroll and the late Arlie O'Bryant Carroll, Jr. and was married to Sabrina Frances Carroll. Bruce was a member of Ashleigh Baptist Church and attended church in Charlotte, NC where he was a R.A. He enjoyed reading and loved to write fictional stories. He was devoted to working and was a wonderful caregiver to his wife, Sabrina. Bruce loved spending time with all of his family and particularly enjoyed the time that he got to spend with his nieces. He loved all of his pets and was especially fond of his cats. He enjoyed playing baseball and loved to bowl.

In addition to his mother, Bobbie Carroll, survivors include his wife Sabrina Carroll of the home; a step-daughter, Katie (Deveon) Eady; brothers, Starling O'Bryan Carroll of Dallas, NC and Bradley Scott Carroll of Sherrills Ford, NC; nieces, Alanas Brown, Madison Carroll, Tyler Carroll, Melinda (Jedi) Lykins, Delilah Carroll and Ashely Carroll; aunts, Faye (John) kassing, Sherry Graham, Jill (Jerry) Williams; uncles Johnny (Debra) Campbell and William (Dora Jean) Worthington.
