Norm Coggin (nephew) & I always enjoyed our visit with Uncle Bruce during our yearly trips back to Michigan. We chatted of family, dogs, health, memories, & the goings on in the neighborhood. His love of Aunt Joan & the family was very evident. He talked of thanking God everyday. Uncle Bruce seemed to accept his health & limitations as they were. The neighborhood ladies would check in on him daily. I'm so thankful he went peacefully & that he was able to stay in his home in the later years. Rest in peace, Uncle Bruce. You will be missed! <3 Vickie Coggin

My deepest sympathies to the family and everyone who loved my Uncle. In my late teenage years I often worked with my Uncle Bruce. I remember hauling hod for him as he layed a basement, bricked a home or laid up a fireplace. It was hard work, good work, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, but I always looked forward to working with him. He made the longs days fun with his sense of humor, his mischievous smile, jokes and listening to the music of the day, even when I knew his back and knees had to be aching. Long after my wife and I moved to Colorado we always tried to stop and see him when we were back in Michigan and without fail he would take a little time with us. He will be missed
