Hi Baby,

It's two months today. Very interesting things have happened. I woke up to the smell of cigars one morning. I read your note in my dream. Both bulbs in the fridge burned out at the same time (I know - it's empty). The garage door fell apart - ok, ok, the floor got cleaned up!! It's good to still have you here, you minx. I love you. Keep it up.

Sweetheart,

Thank you for sharing the adventure of your life with me. And what an adventure it was!! The ride of my life. You were always ready for a new experience, Cirque de Soliel, the Dali Lama, to Duluth to stay at "the Hamptons", a trip around Lake Superior - staying every night at a bed and breakfast with a jacuzzi (what a way to travel), to Arkansas, to New Mexico, to the alphabet roads in Wisconsin, camping and concerts at Trembelau, or we'd pick a direction and go "that way" You loved my kids and grandkids and they loved you. You introduced me to generous, loving friends. You gave me a whole new family in the wonderful Olson clan. You trusted me enough to leave your most precious possession Wilma in my care. I hope you know how loved, valued and respected you are. I'll be waiting for you to find me the next time around. I love you always.

I still have the wind-up tiger Bruce gave me years ago. Mr. Thoughtful-Guy, always thinking of others. Such a great smile! Haven't seen you in a long while buddy, but I never failed to think of you when I wound up my tiger. I'm glad you were surrounded with love when you crossed into the light. Linda and extensive family, my sincerest condolences on your loss. My prayers are with you. Kathleen

ah, Bruce. I met him over ten years ago at a small neighborhood cafe in Minneapolis. He was quite the tipper. Started a life long friendship that I will always cherish. This message isn't for him but for those who read it. You all know where you were in Bruce's life. He let you know how much he cared for or appreciated you. He was gentle and kind. He will continue to be a shining star in his new journey as he was in his last. He isn't finished, we just can't see him anymore.

much aloha

Hey Brucie! I got the Blues blaring and I’m thinking of you. Cigars, guitars, harmonica, Wilma, & Dali Lama. Quite the Renaissance man you are. I’m glad you and Linda had each other. You’ve got a bright and delightful spirit and I know it’ll shine on.
