So sad to hear about Bruce's illness and passing. I knew Bruce in his early years ( and around town was already regarded as a master guitarist ), we have to go back to the 1970's in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Bruce and I along with Phil Haase, Bill Block, and John Cruck were bandmates in "Dionysos" and later re-named "Apothecary". We recorded two albums in Detroit , MI. first of which made to it vinyl ( I'm sure we all still have copies) the second album never made it to vinyl. I remember we all took a train to "GM Studio's " in Detroit with our guitars and amps and had a great time in the studio. Before our trip Bruce and I would get together to work out guitar parts and cords to our all original songs. I distinctly remember we would take a break and go down to "Sergeant Pepper's" bar and have cheese burgers for lunch. We also played gigs down there too, we had a pretty good fan following too. Bruce was nothing short of an excellent guitarist a great and humorous person. I will always have fond memories of Bruce and the times we had as bandmates. Mike Houlihan, Scottsdale, Arizona
