Bruce,
I am so very sorry to hear about your passing. You are considered a long-time friend from way back when we were always on the water. We worked together at the VA and I feel we always got along well. You played a big part with your contribution in creating a pleasant working atmosphere in Civil Engineering which I am proud to be a part of. My condolences go out to your family and friends. And I know you have lots of friends. May you rest in peace my friend. I will see you again, soon.
