Bruce Eric Wright, 74, of Wooster, died Saturday, August 6, 2023, at West View Healthy Living.
Bruce was born April 20, 1949, in Wooster to Vernon and Maxine {Christopher} Wright.
He served in the US Navy.
He married Jonna Shriver in April 1984. She survives.
Bruce was a custodian for Ohio State University and had owned his own janitorial service company prior. He loved spending time with friends, making people laugh, and taking his kids out for ice cream and lunch dates.
Bruce will be deeply missed by his wife, Jonna; children Danielle (Eric) Aukerman, Kaytlynn (Matt) Naber and Andrew Wright; grandchildren Chase, Landyn, Gaige, Keatyn, Emmett, Dominick, Skyy, Veronika, Isaiah, Adrian, Shiloh, Tucker, Jackson, Greyson, Jason, Ella, Gigi; great-grandchildren Journey, Austin, Josslyn; brothers Brad and Jeff Wright.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Lindsey Collechi, Son-in-law Lidio Collechi.
Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting with arrangements. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Bruce and my husband met at Davita Dialysis in Wooster. They developed a friendship and we are both saddened to learn of his passing. He always told me what a good man my husband was. RIP dear friend.
