Bruce Edward Wright

Bruce Edward Wright, age 53, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Faye Wiley Wright, died Friday, May 24, 2024 in the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY. He was born February 5, 1971 in Jackson, MI, a son of Magdalene Stephens Watkins, Prestonsburg, KY and the late James Earl Wright. Bruce was a UPS employee, member of the Teamsters Local 89, and the Allen Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Arrington Jade Wright, Ariel (Billy) Black, his best friend; Blu, four brothers; Steve (Francine) Wright, Jim (Gail) Wright, Tom Wright, Ronald Wright, six sisters; Diana Crider, Sharon (Mallie Jr.) Robinson, Brenda Wright, Tammie (Greg) Hiatt, Jennifer Glaspie and Threasa Wright.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation is after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Allen Baptist Church. Celebration of Life Service for Bruce Edward Wright will be conducted Monday, May 27, 2024 at 12 noon in the Allen Baptist Church, with Dwayne Raines officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
