R.I.P Bryan . I´m so glad that I had the privilege working with you in Motors. I remember my first day I met you . You had a coffee in one hand and a cigarette in the other hand. You were amazing instructor and got me through all the courses and made me an amazing Motor Officer. I had a lot of fun over the 11 years that I worked in Motors with you. You always kept everybody in check . You took so much pride to make sure that The Baltimore City Motorcycle unit was number one. Even though you´re gone at your funeral, you brought so many people together. I wish you could´ve saw how many officers from the Baltimore City Police motorcycle unit were there and the other agencies. I know in my heart you´re at peace and riding your Harley Davidson through the clouds with the music blaring . Bryan I will miss all the great memories. You will also be missed by all your brothers and sisters in Blue. Your friend Robert Gordon.

Bryan was a wonderful friend to my husband Dave and I. We always enjoyed when he shared his adventures in the Western District.
Bryan was a giving person. He didn´t just talk the talk, Bryan walked the walk.
He gladly offered his garage so Dave could rebuild and restore my `71 Chevelle. He opened his home to us for two months when we found ourselves needing temporary shelter with our then 10 year old and poodle.
He called me "Buddy." I never knew why he did that and I never asked. :)
Bryan was a loving, devoted father and pop-pop.
He worked hard and he played hard. Lived his life and was a Blessing to everyone he met.
Dave and I send our Condolences to Dave, Sara, Tim and Zach.
Rest In Gods Loving Care.
We will see you again one day.
Love, David and Karen Mabe

Deepest sympathy to Sara, David, Timothy and Zachary and Dawn Jessa. You were all Blessed with such a loving and caring spouse, father, father-in-law and Pop-Pop. Our memories are found from the first time we met Bryan for David and Sara´s wedding; we were welcomed into Bryan´s home to stay for the weekend and treated as though we were Family by both Bryan and Dawn. All the delicious meals Dawn so lovingly prepared for all of us (I still use the delicious recipes after all these years ) The wonderful stories and laughter. Every time we came in town for any special occasion for our nephews, Bryan and Dawn treated us as family (such wonderful memories). You never know the mustard seed of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, that you plant in an individual´s life but Bryan and Dawn both exhibited it with every get together My heart breaks that you were denied your final months, weeks, days on this earth with those who truly loved you and meant the world to you. I find comfort that you will see them once again. Save a seat for all of us at the table and we can´t wait to rejoice in heaven with you. We got it from here and will watch out for Sara and the boys Rest in Peace Bryan .... Job well done serving your country and Community.

Bryan, one of the nicest people I know. You were a great friend and neighbor. I will miss getting Crabs, and going to many, many dinners with you and Dawn. You two had something special for 25 years. I will miss you on your bike riding up and down the street, sometimes stopping and wanting me to take a ride with you. My answer always was, `I´m not a motorcycle momma´. He laughed and said he would go slow. He was so caring and thoughtful. RIP

Bryan, you have always been a great brother-in-law and we always had a good relationship
You and Dawn did so many things for our family, including shoveling snow for Dad and Elaine and making sure they had groceries, even providing all the food for our family Christmas Eve dinner the year Dad was in hospice and taking me to many appointments when I couldn't drive and countless more.
Dawn was your loving partner for 25 years and took care of you through your cancer treatments
I will miss you and I will keep you in my prayers.
Thanks for the memories.

You will be missed "Pop Pop", you always gave up your time and dropped what you were doing to help with Motor schools. I'm proud to call you friend. I will be praying for you family.

I will miss you Bryan. Your work on the COPS Ride helped earn over $1 million to support Maryland survivors. you said an example for others to follow as a Motor Officer. The world is such a better place because of you.

What wonderful memories we have of cooking out in your backyard. You and your devoted partner Dawn always made us feel welcome while you kept us laughing with your stories. Your amazing daughter Sara, her loving husband David, your adoring grandsons Tim and Zach, opened their home and graciously showed us the sights in Baltimore. Rest in peace and thanks for the memories.

On September 23 this messed up world we live in lost a great man with Bryan's passing. Bryan was the best father-in-law I could have ever asked for and I wouldn't have changed anything about the wonderful 27-year relationship I had with him and all the amazing memories created. He was an amazing and loving father to Sara, Deana and Chrissy, grandfather to Tim, Zach, Alexa, Hunter and Austin and partner to Dawn Jessa along with being a great friend to so many. He lived a life of service and helped so many and knew literally everyone or knew "someone who knows someone that can help you". I take comfort in knowing his worldly suffering is over and I pray he now gets that much needed rest with his Lord and Savior and someday we all get to have a wonderful reunion with him.

Dear Poppop,
You'll always be the man that I looked up to Physically and metaphorically. You're the man who taught me how to fish, Change the oil in a harley before I could even ride a petal bike, and fix almost anything. You've always been my hero and inspiration throughout my life. You made me want to be a cop till you convinced me otherwise when you retired. You've taught me the right and wrong way to do things. You taught me how to use a tape measure but the impact You've made on me is immeasurable. You'll always have a special place in my heart that no one else could fill.
Love, Timmy
