Our many memories will last forever starting in the 60´s and lasting. In our hearts! Competing against each other in 9th grade Basketball, prssbox at football games when Burt would bring the offense on the field or when
The Mike was off he would shout "nice call Zebra" The fans appreciated his enthusiasm for the Cards!
We enjoyed coaches going to somebodies house after varsity games.
Our families traveling to Playoff Football games (Sioux City) and others,
Cooking steaks on a gas grill New Years Eve with the temperature below
Zero!!
Closer to retirement we would travel Burt and I looking for Maytag or
Mr. Peanut collectibles and Marlis and Carolyn looking for Raggedy Ann and Andy items!
Burt always had a golf story or talking about his new clubs ! The golf group and I a non golfer joined the Tuesday lunch group with wives.
Many stories and living the good old teaching days. Burt will be missed but his memories will go on!
