Byong Kim Obituary
Born in 1933 in Gangwon-do, Korea, she immigrated to the United States in 1976 with her three children. In 1982, she put down roots in Salina, KS, raising her family as matriarch and working hard to support and cultivate a cheerful, welcoming home.
Byong enjoyed gardening, knitting, traveling, and creating cherished memories with her family. She will be remembered as a steadfast, warm-hearted woman who embraced the happy moments in life while enduring through hard times with grace and strength.
She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park in Salina, KS, in a private ceremony by immediate family.
