C.D. Dye

Ian,

My deepest heartfelt sympathy. For three decades, you have told me about your closeness with your brother.

Richmond Law Enforcement friends of C.D. and specifically ,the Richmond Cooperative Violence Reduction Partnership (CVRP) on which C.D. represented the Virginia State Police for a long period of time, extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to the entire Dye family. C.D. was a true friend of us all and a great man. He will be missed by all of us.
