Caleb Glen Humphrey

Caleb Glen Humphrey, age 12, passed away on December 24, 2025, in Terrell, Texas. Born on April 4, 2013, in Rowlett, Texas, Caleb brought light and joy to those around him during his short but meaningful life.

A student at Wills Point Junior High in Wills Point, Texas, Caleb was known by his teachers and classmates as a bright and thoughtful young man. He had a deep love for knowledge and was a very deep thinker. His passion for knowledge reflected his analytical nature - traits that made him stand out among his peers. Caleb also had a remarkable creative side; he enjoyed expressing himself through art and found joy in crafting imaginative works that showcased his unique perspective.

In addition to his academic interests, Caleb loved playing video games and exploring new worlds through them. Whether immersed in a story or designing something new with his artistic talents, he approached everything with enthusiasm and kindness. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and was known for his gentle spirit and willingness to support others.

Caleb's loving heart touched many lives. He is deeply missed by his mom, Amanda Nerren; step-dad, Aaron; brother, Adyn Russell; and sisters, Trinity Nerren and Makayla Nerren. He also leaves behind his maternal grandparents Susan Rowe and her partner Steve Matysek; grandfather Stacey Nerren; uncle Ryan Rowe; and uncle Chase Humphrey.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Charlie Rowe and great-grandparents JC and Virginia Mitchell.

Caleb's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His warmth, creativity, and generous spirit left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to share in his life.

May his memory bring comfort to all his family and friends.
