Calvin Herrick Obituary
Calvin Charles Herrick, known to his loved ones as Cal, passed away on December 24, 2023, in Hanhan, South Carolina, at the age of 78. He was born on August 16, 1945, in Oakland, California. Cal served in the US Navy and Air Force where he made significant contributions to our nation's defense. Cal had a fulfilling career, dedicating many years of service to TPS as a boilermaker. His commitment and hard work were greatly valued by his colleagues. Cal is survived by his son, Michael Herrick, and daughters,Stephanie Garcia, and Jennifer Trumbull along with their respective spouses, Cynthia Herrick, Pedro Garcia and Tim Trumbull. Cal leaves behind his sister, Carrie Heter, and brother, Robert Herrick. Along with his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Mildred Herrick and siblings, Velma, Jim, and Ed. Along with Rita Mae Services are being handled by Simplicity Low Country Cremation and Burial Services, North Charleston South Carolina. A special thanks to Mike and Cynthia for caring for dad all these years! May he rest in peace
