Mr.Calvin was and is a staple of this community and many others around North and South Carolina. As the 1st black voice of radio from D-103 to Foxy-99.1 and finishing his radio career at Kiss-107, Mr.C inspired, encouraged and celebrated life through music and his amazing God giving Voice always going the extra mile to make you smile and share his wisdom and simply make you feel good about yourself. So no matter what you called him Uncle P,Mr.C, Sugar Biscuit or Calvin P. in our hearts he will always be. What a blessing it was to know you and call you friend Calvin P. you will truly be missed. May your soul rest in peace......love, Emini , your radio family and all your fans! Gone but never forgotten!!
