Cameron Forrest Brackett was born June 2, 1992, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He passed away peacefully in his home in Euless, Texas, on October 3, 2025, at the young age of 33.
Cameron was a proud graduate of McArther High School in Irving, Texas. From a young age, he had an undeniable passion for skateboarding and riding bikes, dedicating a significant portion of his childhood to mastering these endeavors. As he grew, his love for music flourished, and he became incredibly adept at freestyle lyrical ensembles that had the power to deeply touch one's soul. In his cherished downtime, Cameron enjoyed working on cars, exploring on his bike, and expressing his creativity through cooking.
Cameron is preceded in death by his loving Grandmother Gretta Ward and his Uncle Keith Harbeson. He is survived by his devoted Mother and best friend, Chastity Harbeson, his Father Kane Brackett, and his bonus Dad, Jessie Gourdon. Additionally, Cameron is survived by his cherished grandparents Joetta and Jim Wilkinson, Dee and Janet Harbeson, Othel Dill, and Ben Brackett. He will also be profoundly missed by his aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, an extensive circle of extended family, countless friends, and indeed, anyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
We will carry his memory in our hearts always. Though our eyes cannot see you, our hearts and souls feel you.
A Celebration of life for Cameron will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Alpine Funeral Home located at 2300 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111.
