Camille Paige Cartledge

Camille Paige Cartledge, 30, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

She was born in Houston, Texas on Saturday, July 1, 1995, and grew up in Alief and Richmond, Texas.

Camille attended Travis High School and graduated from Gateway America Prep in 2013. She later went on to pursue her passion for skincare and wellness, earning her Esthetician Diploma from Houston Training Schools in November 2023.

Camille was a bright, loving, and deeply thoughtful soul. She loved reading, watching her favorite TV shows and movies, getting pedicures, hanging out with her family, going out with friends, and being in love. She was happiest around animals, especially her dogs, whom she cared for tenderly. She enjoyed cooking healthy meals, meditation, journaling, and exploring new experiences. Camille especially loved California, where she hoped to make her home one day.

She had a warm and playful personality-funny, clever, and quick-witted. Her laughter filled rooms, and her protective loyalty to her family and friends was unwavering. Camille's heart was big, and she shared it generously. She shared a special closeness with her best friend Maddie and with her mother.

Camille is survived by her brother, Hayden, and her parents Chris and Leyla Preissinger, along with her biological father, Peter Castro.

She is also remembered with love by many extended family members and friends whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Gary Reid Cartledge, her grandmother, Francine Castro, and her uncle, Brian Hafele.

Camille's presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will remain a source of joy, laughter, and love to all who knew her.
