CANDY KAY COURTER Candy Kay Courter, 71, of Madison, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. She was born November 22, 1952, in Dearborn County, Ind., daughter of the late Earl and Virginia (Fogle) Collins. Candy enjoyed reading and crafts. She liked to knit and crochet. She loved watching cooking shows and sports. She is survived by her two sons, Timothy (Joy) Courter of Morehead, Ky., Scott Courter of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; two daughters, Nadja (Mehdi) Hammoum of Moores Hill, Ind., Rebecca (David) Ingle of Aurora, Ind.; brother, Robert (Susan) Collins of Brooksville, Fla.; sister, Connie Lipps of Madison, Ind.; 13 grandchildren, Dustin, Caleb, Catie, Peyton, Carly, Leatha, Zackery, Aguilas, Ariel, Grace, Jerrika, Zaver, Lane; and two great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, Paisley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Virginia Collins; her husband, Edward Earl Courter; and her daughter, Sarah Courter. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Ind.
