I met Cara at Crissy Field a couple of years ago. We bonded over our love of dogs - hers were Newfies, mine a Golden Retriever. Every time I found myself in San Francisco I'd make it a point to go down to Crissy Field to see her. She was a kind and caring person. I won't ever forget her.
