Carinda Tuttle

Carinda Tuttle, born May 21, 1967, in Oregon, passed away on November 20, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia. A devoted mother, loyal friend, and generous soul, Carinda leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will live on in all who knew her.

She was the proud mother of three children-Michael, Glenn, and Allyson-who were her greatest accomplishment. She also shared deep, family-like bonds with her closest friends, Krystal Galvez and Tiffany Dail, whose companionship brought her comfort, joy, and unwavering support.

Carinda lived her life with an open and giving heart. A Christian with a strong faith, she cared deeply for others and was truly the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back-literally and without hesitation. Her humor, warmth, and ability to make others feel understood and cared for made her unforgettable.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures: crocheting handmade creations, finding treasures on the Walmart clearance rack, and filling her home with music. Singing was one of her passions, especially R&B from artists like Adele and Alicia Keys, whose songs she loved to sing along to.

Carinda was a dedicated caregiver, a role perfectly suited to her compassionate nature. At home, she also lovingly cared for her reptiles-her chameleon Butters and her turtle Shelly-who brought her comfort and companionship.

Carinda will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched with her kindness, humor, and heartfelt generosity. Her spirit will continue to shine through the memories she leaves behind.
