In loving memory of Carl Baehler

August 13, 1951-November 14, 2024

Carl Baehler, beloved father, husband and friend passed away November 14th, 2025 at the age of 74.

Born to Al and Marjorie Baehler in Rapid City, South Dakota, Carl was the oldest of 3 sons. He started his meat career at the age of 19 in Rapid City. He then relocated to Chadron, NE to continue to his meat career. This is where he met his wife Mary Baehler in 1978. They then proceeded to get married in 1981. Together they welcomed two children, Brian and Annie. Carl had many hobbies including Bowling, Horseshoes and fishing. Carl was a member of the St Patrick’s Catholic church where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and he loved bring communion to the residence at Crestview and shut ins, Carl was a meat cutter for 50 years before retired to spend more time with family and friends. Carl is preceded by his parents Al and Marjorie. He is survived by this wife Mary Baehler and his two children Brian and Annie Baehler, his brother Bill who lives in California and his brother Lyle who lives in South Dakota.

Carl’s life was marked by steadfast faith, and a heart for service. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Memorial Services for 74 year old Carl will be Saturday November 22, at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Patrick’s Church in Chadron, NE

There will be a Celebration of life for Carl at a later day for family
