Mr. Carl R. Erickson

I grew up around the Erickson family. Carl & Dorene have always seemed eternal to me, like a summer breeze that just shows up when you need it most. As just one example, I was visiting home many years ago and Carl ambled up to me at church to give some very timely advice. I was still young enough not to have the sense to ask for it, so Carl cleverly told me a story instead. I suspect that's why his children are all such wonderful people; he & Dorene didn't need to tell them how to live - they just let them watch them do it right.
