Carl R. Moore

Carl Reuffer Moore, age 55, of Owosso passed away Friday, March 5th, 2010 at his residence. In accordance with Carl's wishes cremation has taken place. Graveside Services will take place in Oceola Township Cemetery in Evart, Michigan at a later date. Carl was born in Reed City, Michigan on May 28, 1954, the son of Emmett June and Marguerite Elizabeth (Reuffer) Moore. He attended Owosso High School and graduated with the class of 1972. Carl worked for Georgia Pacific in Owosso since he graduated from high school. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and being a ham radio operator. Carl resided most of his life in the Owosso area. He was a member of the United Steelworkers Union. He is survived by four siblings; Anita and Jim Tolen of Manchester, MI; John Perry of Owosso, MI; Tom Moore of Owosso, MI; Mary and Chico Alvarado of Owosso, and several nieces and nephews. Carl was predeceased by his parents, Emmet and Marguerite Moore.
