Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, on Friday, June 26, 2015 in his 87th year. Carl, loving husband of Rita. Dear father of Judy and her husband Bruce Carrick and Darlene and her husband Gerry Sugiyama. Cherished grandfather of Byron, Jason and Kelly. Survived by his sister Adele. Predeceased by his sisters Olga, Betty, Jean and Nellie. Friends may visit at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 6191 Yonge Street, North York (south of Steeles Avenue), on Sunday, June 28th from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday, June 29th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Please accept my condolences, Judy, for you and your family. It is very hard to lose a husband and a parent. I know what a difficult time you have all been through in the last while and hope you are able to console yourselves with the thought that you were there for him as he went through his final illness.
