Carl Ray Robinson, a master of furniture upholstery, passed away on July 20, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of skill and dedication. Born on July 6, 1958, Carl devoted his life to the craft of furniture upholstery, transforming ordinary pieces into works of art that brought joy and comfort to many.
His family and friends remember him not only for his exceptional but also for his kind and gentle spirit. Carl presence could light up a room, and craftsmanship was matched only by his generosity towards others. His legacy extends far beyond the pieces he created; it lives on in the lives he touched with his warmth and sincerity.
As the world mourns the loss of a true artisan, Carl's surviving family and friends gather to celebrate his life. In honoring his memory, they find solace in the knowledge that his spirit will live on in the beauty he brought into the world.
Services to commemorate Carl Ray Robinson's life will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, a visitation will take place at 2:00 PM followed by a wake at 7:15 PM. A celebration of life will be Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 11 AM. All services at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. These events offer an opportunity for all who knew Carl to come together, share memories, and find comfort in each other's presence.
Though Carl may no longer be with us in person, his legacy of creativity and compassion will endure in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in peace as we carry forward his memory with love and gratitude.
