Carl T. Smith passed away peacefully on December 23, 2023 at the age of 76. He is survived by daughters Jennifer Davis and Charlotte Smith, brother George Smith, and sisters Carol Smith, Mary Hampston, and Janet Gilroy. He is preceded in death by his wife Nadine Smith and his sister Betsy Smith.
Carl, along with twin sister Carol, was born in East Liverpool, OH on the eighth of January, 1947 to Betty and Sylvester Smith. His childhood on the family farm instilled a lifelong interest in gardening. He loved sharing the products of his labors with family, friends and neighbors.
A public viewing with be held Thursday, December 28th from 5:00-7:00pm at Rice Funeral Home in Claremore. The funeral will be held Friday, December 29th at 10:00am at Rice Funeral Home in Claremore. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
