CARL L SULOUFF, LAND O LAKES, FLORIDA
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving father, Carl L Sulouff, 91, of Land O'Lakes, Florida (formerly of Millersburg). He peacefully passed away in Halifax surrounded by his family on March 28, 2024. He was born November 22, 1932, in Winfield, Pennsylvania. He was the son of George and Elizabeth (Witmer) Sulouff.
Carl is survived by 7 children: Joseph (Diane) Sulouff of Sunbury, Suzy (Dave) Showers of Halifax, Richard (Sandy) Sulouff of Shamokin, Celestia (Barry) Gasiewski of Land O'Lakes Florida, David Sulouff of Wilburton, James (Lori) Sulouff of Hegins, John (Angela) Sulouff of Halifax, Kim (wife of the late Carl E) Sulouff of Milton. 29 grandchildren 49 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and one sister, Phyllis Lahr of Cookesville, Tennessee.
Carl was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Nina Sulouff, three sons: Carl E, Thomas and Michael, two grandsons, one brother Lee Howell and one sister Celeste Romaine Moxham.
Carl attended Northumberland School District.
He worked at Philco, American Home Foods and Brubaker Tool, along with being a full-time farmer. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the outdoor life.
He was a great husband, father, father-in-law, and pappy. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
Services will be held at a later date determined by the family.
