Carl Devan (Coolie Tony Dutch) Walker 55 of St. Louis, MO departed on February 7, 2025 at 11:59A.M.
Carl Walker was born on April 14, 1969 to Louvenia and Carl Gene Phillips in Millington, TN. After Carl graduated from Cahokia Senior High School in 1989. He attended Sanford Brown College. Carl started
his first job at Charles Tire at the age of 16 where he learned the skills of tire changing and crafting his skills to kickstart his desire of becoming an entrepreneur. Carl became an owner/ operator in 2012 contracting with CRST where he did what he loved, traveling seeing new faces and new places while making money at the same time.
In 1991 Carl met his special friend, his ride or die, Anjanette Kantrina Lewis they foster a wonderful loving friendship that will forever be respected and honored. Carl loved to ride his bike,exercise, research and read books on how to master the "Art of Greatness". Carl believed in the power of energy, "The 48 Laws of Attraction" was one of his favorite reads. He loved to travel, cook, make t-shirts,exercise, ride his bike, make beats and bet on football.Carl dressed the way he felt comfortable, always hoodies and shorts. Carl was brought up in Holy Temple Church of God in Christ of St. Louis, MO. Carl Loved everything about the word family always smiling giving advice to everyone. Carl was full of life, high spirited and always gave hope when times were difficult bringing joy to everyone around him. Carl was a wonderful brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, advisor, teacher, protector, leader and most of all a spiritual confidant. Carl enjoyed his life to the fullest. His smile and energy was infectious and brighten so many of our days. Anyone that came in contact with him was moved by his ability to hold a conversation about anything. Carl was needed by so many here on Earth however, God needed him more.
Carl is survived by his loving mother, Louvenia Phillips; sisters, Arletha Phillips, Alicia Walker,Andrea Phillips; brothers Carl Phillips Jr. Carolton (Tameka) Phillips, Jeffery (Bernadette) Phillips, ; favorite Aunt, Queen Carraway; favorite Uncle, Macarles Walker and Eddie Ricks Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins,and friends.
