Carl Ray “Buddy” Willoughby, 59, of Bladenboro, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024. He was born on December 16, 1964, son of the late Evelyn Hammonds Willoughby. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his siblings Tony Grice, Kathy “Susie” Packer and special fur baby, Buttercup.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Channing Willoughby (April) of Bladenboro and Dustin Willoughby (Brooke) of Lumberton, grandchildren Etta, Hudson, Laci, and Weston, sisters Glenda Callahan, Julia Packer, Tammy Willoughby, and Carol Willoughby, a host of nieces and nephews and his beloved fur baby, “Little Man.”
He will be greatly missed by all those that dearly loved him.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. The family will hold a private burial.
