I was saddened to learn of Carl's passing and wish to honor his memory with a tribute.

In my capacity as a school administrator at Brandon Valley, I was fortunate to work alongside Carl. He was a superintendent whom I admired and respected. Carl demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities as superintendent, marked by his personable approach, integrity, vision, professionalism and commitment to respect and fairness. He was a class man who imbued the school district with decency.

May he rest in peace.
