It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Dr. Carlos E. Gonzalez Angulo, 69, in Los Fresnos, Texas on Monday, January 5, 2026. A native of Cartagena, Colombia, Carlos was a loving husband, devoted father, doting grandfather, and dedicated physician and lay minister. He is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Carmen. He is survived by his wife Alicia, his children Claudette (Ernie) and Celsio (Anh), his grandchildren Sophie and Oliver and his siblings Javier, Irma, Rafael, Victor, Ivon, Carlos, Maria del Socorro, and Maria del Rosario, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 10th, from 3-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2600 Sheridan Drive, (near Parker Blvd.). Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM, during the visiting hours. Interment will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 12th, at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
