Carlos Carillo Flores Jr, 72, of San Antonio, went to be with the lord on April the 7th in his home, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on September the 21st 1950, to Carlos Flores Sr,and Teresa Carillo.
Carlos was a hard worker who enjoyed family time at the river. He always made sure the kids had every tube and water gun they wanted. He loved making his family laugh, and he was truly a great and selfless man whose passing leaves an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones. If you know the story of one Valentine's Day, Stacy Adams and the 20-pound box of
chocolate, you knew Carlos. He accepted Jesus Christ into his heart and completed his sacraments to marry the love of his life Lamar.
Carlos was preceded in death by his parents and son Paul Flores.
Carlos, the most loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and godfather, is survived by his wife Lamar Flores (31 years); sons Carlos (Jennifer), Carlos "Niko" (Cristina), and Ramiro(Marissa); daughters Rebecca, Adrianna (John), Liana (Ralph), and daughter-in-law Amelia; 20 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 9883 Marbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78245.
A reception will be hosted for close family and friends at Lamar's house following Mass.
