Carmela Grimaldi Obituary
Born on February 26, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York to Concetta and Giovanni D'Onofrio, Carmela lived a life filled with kindness, goodness, and a steadfast faith in Jesus Christ. The youngest of eight children, she dedicated her life to her family, always offering a listening ear, a warm embrace, and unwavering support. She found joy in cooking, her family, and her faith.
She is reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Raymond of 62 years. She is survived by her children Joan, Patrick (Deborah), and Maria (Matthew), grandchildren Patrick, Matthew (Jennifer), Joshua, and Jordan, and great-grandchildren Julianna and Cole. Her commitment to God and family, always displayed with unconditional love, will be forever cherished.
In her own words, "God made me to know Him, to love Him, and to serve Him in this world and to be happy with Him forever in Heaven."
VISITATION Thursday, 6/26 at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary, 8555 E Pinnacle Peak Rd in Scottsdale from 4-7 PM.
FUNERAL SERVICE Friday, 6/27 at 12:30 PM at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary.
