My sincerest condolences to his family.growing up as a young kid I have many fond memories of visiting Carmen with my dad every Feb while going to Norfolk VA to visit my uncle Phil and his family.
I am so sorry that I did not know of his passing..
I'm in Norfolk and was talking to my uncle and he informed me that he passed away..
Carmen and my dad served in WW two together....
