Carmen Jacobs Obituary
Memorial Service: 2:00PM, Friday, November 7, 2025 at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh. The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Officiating.
A Celebration of Life Repast will be held immediately following the service at the Optimist Club of Garner, 2110 Vandora Springs Road, Garner, NC.
Survivors, children, Patches Jacobs (Yvette) and Donna Rooks-Branch (Brandon); grandchildren, Caleb Rooks, Olivia and Elijah Jacobs, Caelyn Davis, Daniel and Gabrielle Jacobs, Carter and Camden Branch; parents, Leon and Elizabeth Jacobs; siblings, Veronica "Ronnie" Johnson (Kevin), Michelle Vaughn, Linda Johnson, Samantha "Pebbles" Culp and Tasha Adair; Forever Brother-In-Law, Paul Culp; Best Friend, Annette Withers; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Carmen, my friend, has lived a life worth living. She has meant "something" to a lot of people and she has touched others more I believe she knew. I am proud to have called her my wife and my friend. She will be missed by the Rooks clan. P&L (Peace&Luv).
