Carmen Lea (Johnson) Kosky, 50, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, at Boone Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones.
Born on January 27, 1975, in Mexico, Missouri, to Walter and Sheral (Estes) Johnson, Carmen lived her life with a loving heart and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew her.
On May 27, 2006, she was united in marriage to Jeff Kosky, and together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and faith.
Carmen was a proud graduate of North Callaway High School, a devoted member of Heartland Church and she loved volunteering at KCA, where she could often be found helping with lunch duty. She found joy in simple things like a good book and time spent with her family. She was a true Kenny Chesney fan and loyal supporter of the Dallas Cowboys.
Those that remain to cherish Carmen's memory are her husband, Jeff, daughters, Sara Kosky and Caitlyn Kosky (Brayden Laughlin), brothers, Eddie Johnson and Clinton Johnson (Elizabeth), granddaughter, Emery Laughlin, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
Carmen is reunited in Heaven with her twins born into the arms of angels, Michael Christopher and Jennifer Ann Kosky.
A memorial service celebrating Carmen's life will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Auxvasse Cemetery Chapel, with Pastor Jason Buckwalter officiating.
