Carol F. Bischoff, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and lifelong educator, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on September 28, 2025, at Cache Valley Assisted Living in Providence, Utah. She was 92 years old.
Born on January 14, 1933, Centerfield Utah. Carol spent her life devoted to family, faith, and education. A longtime resident of Sandy, Utah, she was married to the late Keith M. Bischoff, with whom she shared a loving life and raised four children: Robert (Tammy) Bischoff, Scott (Donna) Bischoff, Mark (Jenifer) Bischoff, and Kathryn Griffin (James). Her legacy continues through her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
Carol dedicated over 30 years to teaching elementary school, shaping young minds with patience, kindness, and wisdom. She was a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, living her faith through service and compassion.
In her later years, Carol embraced life with vibrant enthusiasm. She loved fishing, found joy in line dancing with the Young at Heart Line Dancing Group, and was an avid NASCAR fan - attending races in Las Vegas with excitement and pride.
Her warmth, humor, and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
