Survivors include, son, Alan Steele; daughter, Chery Steele Brooks; brother, Don Briggs; 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, Willard & Laura Briggs; grandparents, Elmer & Viola Bloosom, Earl & Cora Briggs; son, Ray Steele, sister, Eloise Briggs; brother, Elmer Briggs.
Carol loved Jesus, plants, playing Euchre, belly dancing, working for many charities and doing volunteer work that included visiting nursing homes as a clown. She was Parapro at Sander School for Special Needs and worked many veteran's activities.
