Carol Graham Eakin died on January 27, 2026. Carol was born on March 4, 1947 in Statesville, North Carolina and grew up in Winston-Salem. She was the daughter of Lewis Scott Graham and Constance Bau Graham. She graduated from the University of Tennessee and received her Master's degree from Mississippi State University.

Carol was predeceased by her parents, and her brother, Lewis Scott Graham, Jr. She is survived by her brother, James Conrad Graham (Betty Allen); sister-in-law, Kristie English Graham; niece, Sara Graham Key (Marc); and nephews, Lewis Scott Graham III (Ashley), James Conrad Graham, Jr. (Mallory), and Hunter Chipley Graham (Morgan). She is also survived by her dear friend and caregiver, Jill Amos.

The family is grateful for the support from Trellis Supportive Care.

Carol was an inspiration to me she will be deeply missed. She always tried to make me look at the bright side of everything always making me laugh with her great sense of humor she never complained , It was my honor to be able to take care of her. Fly home my friend love Jill.

Carol and I were best friends when we were in junior high. I loved going to her home on Runnymeade after school and out to the farm. So many wonderful memories! She was a true best girlfriend . Praying for her family, especially Conrad
