Thank you for Ms. Carol Fran's contribution to the blues music industry. Ms. Carol Fran was a Louisiana blues singer and pianist known for singles including “Emmitt Lee” and “The Great Pretender.” Ms. Fran brought much joy from the great powerful force in Louisiana blues music. She will be truly miss. May family, friends and extended family cherish her memories and her music that she produced.

Sorry for your loss. Pray for the comfort and strength to get through this.

A true treasure. We had the privilege of hosting her in Fredericksburg, TX for Johnny Nicholas’s Big Band Bash. A friend came from from that experience. I will miss her rooster gumbo!!
